Construction Work For Buildings Relating To Road Transport – Extension Of The Maintenance Workshop And Construction Of A Refectory Building. The T.I.C.E Union Wishes To Carry Out Two Consecutive Projects, Firstly An Extension Of Its Maintenance Workshop And In The Second Phase The Structural Work Of A Refectory Building. The Contract Provides For The Construction Of The Enclosed And Covered Workshop With Completion As A Partial General Contractor With A Surface Area Of Approximately 1,500M2 And A Built Volume Of Approximately 9,000M3. The Office Part Will Be Made Of Concrete And The Hall Part Of A Metal Structure With Concrete Slabs, Slabs And Walls. The Facade Of The Hall Is Made Of Sandwich Panels, The Roof Will Be Made Of Steel Deck, Insulation And Epdm Waterproofing. After Completion Of The Structural Work Of The Workshop, The Contract Also Provides For The Construction Of The Structural Work Of The Refectory Building As Well As Network And Exterior Fittings Work. The Surface Area Of The Building Is Approximately 950M2. It Is An Entirely Concrete Building Founded On Piles. The Start Of Work Is Scheduled For The 2Nd Quarter Of 2026. The Duration Of Work On Site Is 390 Working Days.
