New Building Of The Ahrweiler Fire Department: The Current Building Of The Ahrweiler Volunteer Fire Department On Ramersbacher Straße Opposite The Ahrtor Was Severely Damaged By The Flood In 2021. The Remaining Torso Can No Longer Be Renovated, So A Replacement Building With 12 Parking Spaces Is To Be Built Elsewhere. The New Location South Of The Ahr Is Within Sight Of Todays Fire Department Building. By Relocating The Fire Department Building, The Aim Is To Ensure That All Areas Can Be Reached By The Fire Department In The Future, Even During Extreme Floods. Building Automation Is Being Put Out To Tender As Part Of Lot 070. The Scope Of Services Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of All Measurement, Control And Regulation Technology Components Including Field Devices, Automation Stations, Network Technology And Control Cabinets. In Addition, The Complete Cabling, The Installation Of The Building Management System, The Programming, Tests, Documentation And The Training Of The Operating Personnel Must Be Carried Out. All Work Is Carried Out In Accordance With Vob/C And The Applicable Standards And Guidelines To Ensure Safe And Reliable Operation Of The New Fire Station.
