The Mission Concerns An Administrative Complex Located In Luxembourg Kirchberg. The City Of Direct Contributions Will Include Offices, A Meeting Center, A Training Center, A Contact Center And Logistics Areas, Intended To Accommodate Around 1,200 Workstations. Gross Surface Area: +/- 64,200 M2, Gross Volume: +/- 248,000 M3. The Contract Will Be Awarded Following The Competitive Procedure With Negotiation For The Construction Of The Above-Mentioned Project. The Contracting Authorities Reserve The Right To Award The Contract On The Basis Of Initial Offers Without Negotiation. The Group (Architect And Civil Engineer, Technical Engineer And Landscape Architect) Must Have All The Skills Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Mission And The Successful Completion Of The Project.
