Architectural And Related Services – Agreement On Land Surveyor Services And Advice In Connection With The Separation Of Roads In The Cadastre. The Task Includes Land Surveyor Services And Advice Provided By Appointed Land Surveyors In Accordance With Order No. 602 Of 27 May 2025 On Cadastral Works, Including Land Surveyor Services And Advice In Connection With The Separation Of Roads In The Cadastre As Public Roads In Connection With The Reclassification Of Private Shared Roads To Municipal Roads And Correction Of The Separation Of Existing Public Roads, Approx. 65 Km In Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality. The Task Is Planned To Be Carried Out And Completed No Later Than 36 Months From The Conclusion Of The Agreement. The Agreement Mainly Includes The Following Services: - All Necessary Services For Separation And Inclusion As Public Roads On The Cadastral Map, Including Any Measurements And Placements In The Field; - Preparation Of Documentation For Official Processing, And Obtaining Approvals From All Relevant Authorities; - Land Registry Tasks; - Advice On Necessary Acquisition Of Rights
