Repair And Maintenance Services Of Electrical And Mechanical Building Installations – University Of Cologne - Maintenance, Cleaning And Inspection Work, Operation, Testing And Inspection Of Compressed Air Compressors And Compressed Air Preparation Systems. Award Procedure 2025_64_022_Maintenance, Cleaning And Inspection Work, Operation, Testing And Inspection Of Compressed Air Compressors And Compressed Air Processing Systems Framework Agreement: Contract Start: June 1St, 2026. Basic Term Is 1 Year. There Is The Option Of Three Extensions Of 12 Months Each, Unless The Contract Is Previously Terminated By The Client With Three Months Notice Of The Current Contract Year. The Maximum Contract Term Is 48 Months (4 Years). The Contract Then Ends (On May 31, 2030) Without The Need For Termination.
