Refuse Collection Services – Concession Of Collection And Management Services Of Liquid Waste And Cargo Residues Of Ships Which Are Walking In The Marine Area Of Responsibility Of O.L.L. S.A.. The Scope Of This Agreement Includes: (A) The Exclusive Provision By The Contractor Of Integrated Services For The Reception Of Liquid Waste And Cargo Residues Of Ships, Which Sail In The Maritime Area Under The Jurisdiction Of O.Ll.L. S.A., As It Exists Today And As It May Be Augmented By Possible Mergers And/Or Mergers Of Other Ports (Hereinafter Integrated Services). In Particular, The Integrated Services Relate Exclusively To The Execution Of The Required Reception, Transport And Disposal Of All Types Of Liquid Waste And Ship Cargo Residues Produced By The Operation, According To Annex I, Ii And Iv Of The Marpol Board, Of The Ships That Will Approach The Maritime Area Of Responsibility Of The O.L.L. S.A. And Then Their Transport And Final Disposal At The Contractors Expense And Expense, In Accordance With The Marpol 73/78 International Convention, National And Community Legislation, As Well As The Approved Ship Waste Receipt And Management Plan Of O.L.L. S.A.. The Waste & Ship Cargo Residue Receipt-Management Plan Of O.L.L. S.A., Is Posted On The Website Of O.L.L. S.A. (B) The Execution Of The Completed Services: (I) By Land And Sea Means As Well As Any Other Means And Equipment Necessary For The Operation Of The Project, Which Are At Least What Is Requested In This Declaration And, At A Minimum, Have The Characteristics Specified Herein, And (Ii) With All The Required And Provided For By The Current Legislation Permits For Waste Management, Operation Of Facilities, Operation Of Means And Equipment And With The Required, Scientific And Non-Scientific Personnel For The Uninterrupted And In Accordance With The Legislation Provision Of The Services Of Facilities For Receiving Ship Wreckage, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Current Legislation And In Accordance With What Is Mentioned In Appendix [5] Of This Declaration. The Integrated Services Include The Safe, Uninterrupted, Fast And Quality Provision Of Services By The Concessionaire To All Ships, Regardless Of The Flag They Fly, Which Sail And/Or Operate In The Ports Under The Jurisdiction Of O.Ll.L. S.A., As Well As Warships Or Auxiliary Vessels Or Other Ships, Owned By The State Or Operated By The State And Used Exclusively For Non-Commercial Service (Which Are Exempt From The Payment Of Fees And The Obligation To Submit A Notification Form). The Integrated Services Concern Ports Under The Jurisdiction Of O.L.L. S.A.. In The Event Of An Application For The Inclusion Of Another Port In The Approved Waste Collection And Management Plan Of O.L.L. S.A., O.L.L. S.A. Reserves The Right To Accept It Or Not, As Well As Its Percentage Rights. The Terms And Conditions Will Be Agreed Between O.L
