The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The 24-Hour Trapping, Transport And Keeping In A Shelter Of Homeless Animals From The City Of Marki Commune (Including Homeless Animals Injured Or Injured In Road Accidents), Along With The Provision Of Veterinary Care, After Each Receipt Of An Order From The Ordering Party, Specifying The Location Of The Animal, Specifying, Among Others, Street Name And Other Data Necessary To Complete The Task. 2. The Ordering Party Determines The Estimated Number Of Homeless Dogs During The Entire Duration Of The Contract At 230 Pieces, Of Which: 1) To Be Caught: 200 Pieces, 2) Injured Or Injured In Road Accidents: 30 Pieces, 3) Among The Animals Included In Points 1 And 2, Staying In The Shelter For Up To 14 Days: 50 Pieces, 4) Among The Animals Included In Points 1 And 2, Adults Admitted To The Shelter: 150 Pieces, 5) From Among The Animals Included In Points 1 And 2, Puppies Admitted To The Shelter: 30 Pieces. 3. The Ordering Party Determines The Estimated Number Of Homeless Cats During The Entire Duration Of The Contract At 200 Animals, Of Which: 1) To Be Caught: 170 Animals, 2) Injured In Road Accidents: 30 Animals, 3) Among The Animals Included In Points 1 And 2, Staying In The Shelter For Up To 14 Days: 30 Animals, 4) Among The Animals Included In Points 1 And 2 Admitted To The Shelter: 170 Pieces. 4. The Term Homeless Animal Means A Homeless Animal (Dog And Cat) Within The Meaning Of Art. 4 Point 16 Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended).
