The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. The Services Are Regulated By Unit And Fixed Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Renewal Periods. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Rental, Delivery, Installation, Regular Maintenance And Replacement Of Carpets Intended To Equip The Various Sites Of The Ght Nord Franche-Comté. The Holder Will Ensure The Provision Of A Complete Service Including: - The Initial Provision Of The Carpets, - Their Regular Maintenance (Collection, Washing, Disinfection, Drying, Return), - The Replacement Of Damaged Or Non-Compliant Carpets, - Logistical Monitoring, Traceability And Associated Reporting, - End-Of-Life Management (Recycling, Recovery). The Services Include In Particular: - Main And Secondary Entrances, - High Traffic Corridors, - Wet Areas (Locker Room Entrances, Technical Areas, Washing Areas) The Number And Location Of Carpets May Change During The Duration Of The Market Depending On The Needs Of The Establishment. The Supply And Installation Of The Flocking Of The Carpets Are Carried Out By The Holder, On The Basis Of The Elements Transmitted By The Contracting Authority (Logos, Graphic Charters, Formats And Technical Instructions).
