Preparation Of An Assessment Of The Compliance Of The Investment Project For The Site, Including: Assessment Of Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Construction Of All Parts Of The Working Investment Project For The Construction, In Volume And Content According To The Zut, Including An Assessment Of The Compliance And Technical Control Of The Constructive Part According To Art. 142, Para. 10 Of The Zut; Preparation Of A Complex Report On The Performed Assessments For Compliance With The Essential Requirements For The Constructions; Assistance Of The Contracting Authority In The Procedure For Coordination And Approval Of The Investment Project. The Investment Projects, For Which An Assessment Of Compliance With The Essential Construction Requirements Should Be Made, Contain At Least The Following Parts Subject To Assessment: Part Architecture, Part Constructions, Part Waterworks, Part Electrical, Part Hvac, Part Energy Efficiency, Part Fire Safety, Part Pbz, Part Puso. 4.2. The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Includes: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation, Including: Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into The Construction, Which Ensures The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For The Construction In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordinance Under Art. 9, Para. 2, Item 5 Of The Law On Technical Requirements For Products, As Well As Coordination Of The Construction Process Until The Construction Is Put Into Operation, Including Control Of The Quantities, Quality And Compliance Of The Construction And Installation Works Performed With The Contract For The Execution Of The Engineering Of The Site, As Well As Other Activities - Subject Of The Engineering Contract; Fulfilling The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, According To The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works, Incl.
