The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 4 Pieces Of Brand New Zero-Emission Buses - Electric Vehicles, Low-Floor, Category M3, Midi Type, Class Ii, Along With 2 Pieces Of Two-Station Mobile Chargers. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of 4 Pieces Of Brand New, Low-Floor Midi Class Ii Buses, Intended For Passenger And Suburban Public Transport; 2) Delivery Of 2 Pieces Of Two-Station Mobile Chargers For Charging The Main Batteries In The Bus. 3) Delivery Of Software And Licenses For Central Software, Dispatcher Application, Software For Diagnosing Pneumatic Systems In The Vehicle, Software For Diagnosing Electronic Systems In The Bus, Software For The Anti-Locking System During Sudden Braking And Electronically Controlled Braking System With Diagnostic Software. 4) Conducting Training In The Operation Of Buses And Chargers As Well As In The Scope Of Proper Ongoing Maintenance And In The Operation Of The Dispatcher Application 3. Vehicles Should Meet Technical Conditions And Requirements Ensuring Traffic Safety, Safety Of Transport Of Persons And Goods And Environmental Protection In Accordance With The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). Vehicles Must Have A Valid, Unconditional Vehicle Type Approval Certificate Or An Ec Type Approval Certificate Or Another Equivalent Document Allowing The Vehicle To Move And Be Registered In Poland. 7. The Offered Subject Of The Order And Its Components Should Be Covered By A Warranty Granted By The Contractor For Periods Counted From The Following Day
