Software Package And Information Systems – “Mixed Contract For Supplying Licenses For A Government, Risk And Corporate Compliance Tool And The Services To Implement It”, Charged To The Transformation And Resilience Recovery Plan Of The Government Of Spain – Financed By The European Union – Nextgenerationeu (C11.I03.P14.S13).. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Acquisition Of A Web Solution For Risk Management And Compliance Of The Agency With Current Regulations On Data Protection, Information Security, Business Continuity, Third-Party Risk Management And Quality That Apply To It. The Tender Consists Of The Acquisition Of The License For A Government, Risk And Compliance (Grc) Tool And Its Respective Installation For The Implementation Of The Solution. The Supply Must Comply With All The Technical Specifications Described. It Is A Mixed Contract Because It Contains Its Own Supply And Service Provisions, And Both Provisions Are Directly Linked To Each Other, Maintaining A Relationship Of Complementarity That Requires Their Consideration And Treatment As A Functional Unit, The Legal Regime And The Rules That Will Govern The Award Are The Rules Of The Supply Contract, As This Is The Main Provision, And The Service Provisions Are Accessory. All This By Virtue Of The Provisions Of Articles 18 And 34.2 Law 9/2017, Of November 8, On Public Sector Contracts, By Which The Directives Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/23/Eu And 2014/24/Eu, Of February 26, 2014, Are Transposed Into The Spanish Legal System.
