The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of An Operator For The Issuance And Monthly Loading Of Food Vouchers On An Electronic Medium Under Art. 209A, Para. 1 Of The Law On Corporate Income Taxation (Cit) And Ordinance No. 7 Of 09.07.2003 On The Terms And Conditions For Issuing And Revoking A Permit To Operate As An Operator Of Food Vouchers On Paper And Electronic Media, To Issue Food Vouchers On Electronic Media, The Characteristics Of Issued Food Vouchers On Electronic Media And To Operate As An Operator (Ordinance No. 7), For The Employees Working In Municipal Transport Ruse Ead And The Persons Under A Management Contract. The Total Number Of Staff Of Municipal Transport Ruse Ead, Entitled To Food Vouchers Under Ordinance No. 7, Is Approximately 250 People. The Value Of Food Vouchers For One Worker/Employee Amounts To 200 (Two Hundred) Bgn Per Month. It Is Possible That The Value Of The Voucher For One Employee May Change During The Execution Of The Contract If The Applicable Legislation And/Or The Financial Capabilities Of The Employer Change. The Number Of Staff Is Not A Constant Value, Nor Is The Monthly Voucher Amount. The Actual Performance Of The Public Procurement Is Determined Based On The Number Of Employees In Municipal Transport Ruse Ead For The Relevant Month. The Actual Performance Of The Public Procurement Is Determined On The Basis Of The Number Of Employees In Municipal Transport Ruse Ead And The Actual Days Worked For The Relevant Month.
