Request for proposals for Office Partitioning and Furniture Inkomoko is a limited liability company that began its operations in Rwanda in 2012, focusing on supporting micro and small businesses to create jobs and improve livelihoods. Over the years, Inkomoko has expanded its reach to serve entrepreneurs across all districts of Rwanda, operating 10 program sites, including refugee host communities in Kigeme, Mahama, Kiziba, Mugombwa, and Nyabiheke refugee camps. As part of its program framework in Rwanda, Inkomoko seeks to contract a qualified company to carry out the partitioning works for its new office premises (KG 559 ST Kacyiru, Kigali City). Inkomoko hereby invites your company to submit a proposal for office partitioning services and furniture in accordance with the specifications outlined below. Service Specifications Inkomoko is requesting a comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) as part of the proposal for office partitioning services. The BoQ is a critical document that provides an itemized list of materials, labor, and associated costs necessary for the successful execution of the partitioning project. 2.
