3.1. The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of Propane Gas - Pn - C- 96008:1998, Described With Cn Code 27111294 - In An Amount Of Up To 95,000 Liters To The Ordering Partys Headquarters.3.2. The Quantity Given Above Is An Estimate. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes In The Presented Assortment According To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Minimum Guaranteed Order Quantity Is: Propane Gas – 50,000 Liters. 3.3. Gas Collection Location: Primary School No. 2 In Głowno, Ul. Gen. Andersa 37, 95-015 Głowno. Planned Gas Consumption Per Year - 95,000 Liters.3.4. Deliveries Will Take Place On Business Days, At Hours Agreed With The Ordering Party, After Prior Notification Of The Planned Delivery, By Transport Provided By The Contractor, At Its Expense And Risk, To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3.5. Due To Difficult Access, Delivery Can Be Made By Vehicles With A Tank Capacity Of Up To 27,000 Thousand. Liters. 3.6. Successive Deliveries Will Be Made By Supplying Propane Gas Based On Individual Orders Submitted By The Ordering Party, In Quantities Of No Less Than 4,000 Liters. 3.7. The Supplied Gas Must Have Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Pn-C-96008:1998 Standard And Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of April 14, 2016 On Quality Requirements For Liquefied Gas (Lpg) (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 540) And Must Be Described With The Cn Code 27111294. 3.8. To Confirm The Quality Of The Subject Of The Order, Together With The Delivery, The Contractor Shall Submit To The Ordering Party A Declaration/Certificate Confirming Compliance With The Gas Parameters, Unless The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of A Declaration/Certificate/Quality Certificate. 3.9. Completion Of All Formalities And Costs Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. 3/10 The Ordering Party Informs That It Is Exempt From Excise Duty On The Supplied Gas. 3/11. The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing Activities During The Execution Of The Order Under An Employment Contract.
