Expression of Interest for Consulting services for the preparation of the Abbreviated Compensation Plan or Livelihood Restoration Plan in the areas of implementation of the Pumped Hydro Energy Storage Plant (PSP) project on Santiago Island The start of the contract is foreseen for March 2026 and for a duration of 12 months. Economic operators must be available for the entire period foreseen and willing to intervene in Santiago Island, Cabo Verde. The maximum budget available for this contract is estimated at 75 000 EUR (all taxes excluded).
