The Assignment Consists Of Two Parts. 1. A Methodology Must Be Proposed For The Annual Calculation Of Efficiency And Productivity Development In The Specialist Health Service. The Project Will Use This To Analyze The Development For All Or Part Of The Period 2017 To 2025. Separate Analyzes Will Be Carried Out For The Service Areas Of Somatics, Mental Healthcare And Interdisciplinary Specialized Drug Treatment. The Project Will Propose Principles For Aggregating These Into An Overall Goal For The Specialist Health Service. 2. Estimates Of Marginal Cost For The Sector As A Whole Form The Basis For Calculations Of Additional Costs Linked To, Among Other Things Demographic Changes. The Project Will Carry Out Updated Analyzes Of Marginal Costs Based On Data Up To And Including 2025. The Analyzes Should, As Far As Possible, Cover All Service Areas, Not Just Somatics. You Are Free To Choose Your Own Methodological Approach, But The Results Must Be Compared With Similar Results Using The Approach Used In A Report From Oslo Economics (Marginal Costs In The Specialist Health Service. Analysis Prepared For The Ministry Of Health And Care. Oslo Economics, 25 January 2024). It May Be Possible To Share The Assignment Between Several Suppliers, Cf. Section 2.6 On Subcontractors. The Final Delivery Deadline For The Agreement Is Twofold. Part I Must Be Completed By 15 October 2026, And Part Ii Must Be Completed By 1 February 2027.
