1. The Order Includes The Successive Delivery Of High-Quality Articles - Goods To The Ordering Partys Headquarters, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 7 - 7.1. To No. 7.8., For A Given Product Group. The Quantities Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Approximate Quantities, The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Changing The Quantity Of Ordered Products Within The Product Group. 2. The Order Was Divided Into Product Groups - Parts. The Subject Of The Order Includes Eight Separate Parts, Including: 2.1. Part No. 1 - Dry Goods, Fish: Canned Pineapple, Bottled White Borscht, White Borscht Powder, Ground Bread, Horseradish In A Jar, Cane Sugar, Vanilla Sugar, Groats, Rice, Tea, Pasta, Marmalade, Flour, Butter, Honey, Vinegar, Oil, Olives, Spices, Cheese, Sauces, Powdered Soups, Yogurt, Kefir, Mineral Water, Etc. Fish - Smoked Mackerel, Category I, Etc. Cpv Code: 15.80.00.00-6; 15.40.00.00-2; 15.33.00.00-0; 15.60.00.00-4; 15.83.00.00-5; 15.84.00.00-8; 15.86.00.00-4; 15.87.00.00-7, 15851000-8, 15234000-7 Smoked Fishthe Ordering Party Is Entitled To Change The Assortment Within A Product Group To Another Product Within The Quantity Specified For A Given Product Group, Provided That: 1) The Change Results From The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Connection With A Change In The Menu, Individual Nutritional Needs, Etc. 2) The Change Does Not Exceed The Contract Value Gross.3) The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of A Minimum Of 70% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract (A Given Part).3. Additional Provisions:3.1. A One-Time Demand Submitted To The Supplier Does Not Have To Cover All Items Of The Product Range Covered By The Subject Of The Contract.3.2. Delivery Of Goods To The Ordering Partys Registered Office, Including Bringing The Ordered Goods To The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3.3. With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: 3.3.1. A Means Of Transport Appropriate For The Transported Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Law;3.3.2. Appropriate Protection Of The Subject Of The Contract During Transport, Under Pain Of Liability For Any Shortcomings And Defects Occurring During Transport;3.3.3. Compliance With The Legal Provisions Applicable To The Transport Of This Type Of Subject Matter Of The Contract.4. The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Successively, From Monday To Friday, Taking Into Account Public Holidays, In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party Reported To The Contractor, In Particular In Electronic Form From The Date Of Signing The Contract - No Earlier Than From January 2, 2026 To December 31, 2026.5.
