Future Developments Regarding The Housing Of Status Holders Are Not Predictable. For This Reason, The Maximum Order Value (The Sum Of The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreements Per Location, Each Of Which Individually Has A Term Of Maximum 4 Years) Is Set At € 10,000,000. If The Maximum Order Value Is Exceeded, The Framework Agreements Will End And Will Be Put Out To Tender Again. Providers Cannot Derive Any Rights From The Stated Order Values. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude Framework Agreements With Providers. These Framework Agreements Ensure That Temporary Locations Are Made Available Within The Geographical Boundaries Of The Municipality Of Schouwen-Duiveland For The Housing Of Status Holders. Explanation Of Framework Agreement: The Number Of Beds Per Location Is Not Yet Fixed And May Change Because There Is More/Less Need For Beds. There Is Therefore A Flexible Purchase.
