Tenders are invited for Rwanda National Ethics Committee (Rnec) Website Revamp Location: Kigali Deadline: Wednesday, 10/12/2025 12:00 TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT Title of the Tender: The Rwanda National Ethics Committee (RNEC) Website Revamp Project Name: TRACE Project Tender Reference Number: 004/NCB/CIIC-HIN/2025 Tender Type: Request for Quotations (RFQ) Date of Publication: 05 December 2025 Deadline for Quotation Submission: 10 December 2025, 12:00 PM The Centre for Impact, Innovation and Capacity Building for Health Information Systems and Nutrition (CIIC-HIN) (hereinafter referred to as the Client), through the TRACE Project funded by the Gates Foundation, invites eligible and qualified bidders to submit quotations for the revamp of the Rwanda National Ethics Committee (RNEC) Website. This tender comprises one (1) lot covering the required services. Submission Requirements Bidders must submit the two (2) copies of detailed price quotation to: [email protected] and copy to [email protected] Bidders must provide three (3) samples of websites previously developed, shared via links and accompanied by evidences demonstrating that the bidder developed them. Late submissions will be rejected. The Scope of Work and additional requirements are provided in the attached Terms of Reference (ToRs).
