1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Order Entitled Comprehensive Cleaning Of Buildings And Areas Around Buildings, Including Greenery And Winter Maintenance Of Tbs W Radomsko Sp. Z O. O. And The Radomsko Communes Own Properties.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Cleaning Services For Buildings And Areas Around Buildings, Including Greenery And Winter Maintenance Of Tbss Own Properties In Radomsko Sp. Z O.O. And The Commune Of The City Of Radomsko, Including: Task No. 1 - Comprehensive Cleaning Of Buildings And Areas Around The Buildings, Including Greenery And Winter Maintenance Of Real Estate Owned By The Commune Of The City Of Radomsko, Task No. 2 - Comprehensive Cleaning Of Buildings And Areas Around The Buildings, Including Greenery And Winter Maintenance Of Real Estate Owned By Tbs W Radomsko Sp. Z O.O.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Contract And Applicable Law.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes The Contract Template - Constituting Appendix No. 8 To Swz.5. In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Included In The Contract Template Constituting An Addition To The Swz, The Ordering Party Has Specified Quality Requirements Relating To At Least The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract.6. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Act, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Each Such Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. If The Description Uses The Name Of The Material(S) Or Device(S), Parameters Identifying The Manufacturer And Origin, They Only Serve To Determine The Characteristics And Quality Of These Materials Or Devices. The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials With Equivalent Properties Ensuring The Functional Properties Consistent With The Description. Therefore, Equivalent Materials (Generally Products) From Other Manufacturers May Be Used To Complete The Order. If The Requirement To Have A Certificate Issued By A Conformity Assessment Body Or A Test Report Conducted By This Body In The Swz Or Supplements Is Used As Evidence Confirming Compliance With The Requirements Or Features Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Or The Terms Of Contract Execution, It Means That The Ordering Party Also Accepts Certificates Issued By Other Equivalent Conformity
