The Cars Must Be Complete, Free From Physical Defects (Design, Materials, Workmanship), Technical Defects And Legally Approved For Road Traffic. Trucks Must Come From Mass Production, It Is Not Allowed To Offer Vehicles From Unit Production And Those Whose Parameters Have Been Specially Changed To Meet The Requirements Of This Tender.
