4.1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Delivery And Implementation Of A Voip Telephony System And An Alternative Internet Connection For The Municipal Office In Pabianice, As Well As The Delivery And Implementation Of A Voip Telephony System In 23 Organizational Units, As Well As The Provision Of Telecommunications Services. The Scope Of The Order - Pabianice Municipal Office Includes, Among Others: • Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of A Voip Telephone Exchange Supporting Sip Trunk (Voip Cloud). • Providing A Pool Of 300 New Telephone Numbers. • Transferring Old Numbers From The Centrex Headquarters And Mapping These Numbers To New Voip Technology Numbers (The Numbers Must Operate Independently, In Parallel). • Transfer And Adaptation Of The Indicated Current Telephone Numbers To The New Operator. • Delivery And Configuration Of 180 Ip Phones, Including: - Providing A Monthly Subscription Covering A Minimum Of 5,000 Minutes For Each Month Of The Contract Duration Under Stage No. 2, - Adaptation Of Cisco And Utm Fortigate Routers And Switches To Work With The Voip System (The Contractor Provides An Engineer To Configure The Devices On The Ordering Partys Side. The Ordering Party Declares That It Uses Fortigate And Cisco Devices) - Integration With The Existing Network Infrastructure And Ensuring Qos For Voip Traffic. - Connecting All The Ordering Partys Locations With Existing Connections So As To Achieve Link Redundancy And An Ha Cluster. • Conducting An Inventory Of The Lan Infrastructure Owned By The Ordering Party, Including Cisco Core And Access Switches And Utm Fortigate Devices In Terms Of Good Practices And Correct Operation, In Particular: - Configuration Of High Availability Mechanisms, - Configuration Of L2 Functionality: Vlan, Spanning Tree, Link Aggregation (Together With Security Mechanisms), - Configuration Of L3/L4 Functionality: Ip Routing (Static/Dynamic), Access Control Lists, - Configuration Of Qos Mechanisms, Including Proper Prioritization Of Voip Traffic, - Firmware Updates. • Implementation - Based On The Audit Results And In Consultation With The Ordering Party - Necessary Changes In The Configuration Of The Lan Infrastructure And Updating The Software/Drivers/Firmware Of Devices Covered By The Audit To The Latest And Stable Version Available On The Day Of Implementation. It Is Required To Perform Tests Of The Correct Operation And Performance Of The Infrastructure After Introducing Changes And Possible Repair Works To Adjust The Infrastructure To The State Desired By The Ordering Party.• Reconstruction Of The Interface Between The Lan And The Internet By Building And Implementing A Utm Cluster Using Fortigate Devices Owned By The Ordering Party.• Performing An Audit Of The Configuration Of The Virtualization Cluster Owned By The Ordering Party In Terms Of Good Practices And Correct Operation. Introducing Changes To The Cluster Configuration (Including The Dependent Infrastructure) Based On The Audit Results.• O
