1. The Subject Of The Order Are Supplies Under The Task Titled: Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel For The Baranów Sandomierski Commune In 2026. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of A Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel In The Form Of High-Methane (Group E) Low-Pressure Natural Gas, Consisting In The Sale Of Gas Fuel And Ensuring The Provision Of Its Distribution Service To Installations Located In The Ordering Partys Facilities, Hereinafter Referred To As Reception Places, The List Of Which Is Included In Annex No. 3 To This Specification.2) The Total Amount Of Gas Fuel That Will Be Delivered During The Term Of The Contract To The Reception Places Specified In Annex No. 3 To This Specification Is Estimated At 734,080 Kwh. The Amount Of Gas Volume Consumption May Be Increased Or Reduced To 20% Of The Volume.3) The Specified Volume Of Gas Fuel Specified In Point 2 Is An Estimated Value Based On The Current Consumption. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Total Volume Of Gas Fuel In Relation To The Amount Specified In Point 2. During The Term Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Supply Gas Fuel In An Amount Corresponding To The Actual Demand Of The Ordering Party, Regardless Of The Estimated Consumption Forecast Point 2 Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Settlement For The Actual Amount Of Gas Fuel Consumed. 4. The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 266) And In Accordance With The Implementing Regulations Issued To This Act Will Be Via The Distribution Network Belonging To The Local Dso - Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. With Its Registered Office In Warsaw. 6. In Terms Of The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Appointment Of A Dedicated Customer Manager From The Contractor.8. The Supplied Fuel Must Meet The Quality And Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards.9 By The Contractor Will Not Be Subject To Changes During The Order Execution Period, I.E. Until December 31, 2026, With The Exception Of: 1) In The Event Of A Change In The Vat Rate,
