The Maximum Number Of Animals Covered By The Order Is Up To 90.3) Transporting All Animals Under The Care Of The Ostróda Commune And Located In The Ostróda Commune At The Contractors Expense And Risk To An Animal Shelter Run By The Contractor. The Transport Of Animals Should Start After The Start Of The Service And End Within 14 Days.4) Providing Care For Animals (Dogs And Cats) Taken From Their Owners By Decision Of The Mayor Of The Ostróda Commune, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of August 21, 1997 On Animal Protection (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended).5) Providing Veterinary Care Consisting Of Health Checks Animals (Dogs And Cats) In The Shelter, Carrying Out Prevention And Treatment And Combating Internal And External Parasites In Animals, Performed By A Person With A Veterinary License.6) Providing 24-Hour Care For Animals Staying In The Shelter, Consisting Of Feeding Appropriate For A Given Animal Species, Keeping Cleanliness And Professional Veterinary Care.7) Carrying Out Telephone Duties From 7:30 A.M. To 3:30 P.M. In Order To Receive Reports Made By An Employee Of The Commune Office Regarding Homeless Animals Located In The Ostróda Commune (In Cases Of Threat To Human Life Or Health, Receiving Reports 24 Hours A Day From An Employee Of The Commune Office Or The Police).8) Providing The Necessary Staff To Care For Animals.9) Carrying Out Veterinary Procedures In Accordance With The Animal Protection Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended).10) Catching Homeless Animals From The Area Ostróda Commune And Transporting Them To The Shelter Using A Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Animals, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Animal Protection Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended), Based On The Current Resolution Of The Ostróda Commune Council On The Adoption Of A Program For The Care Of Homeless Animals And The Prevention Of Animal Homelessness In The Ostróda Commune.11) Providing 24-Hour Care Veterinary In Cases Of Road Accidents Involving Animals In The Ostróda Commune, In Accordance With The Animal Protection Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1580, As Amended).12) In The Event Of A Threat To The Life Or Health Of The Inhabitants Of The Ostróda Commune Due To Animal Attacks, The Contractor Is Obliged To Catch It Immediately From The Moment Of Reporting.
