The Subject Of This Public Procurement Are: Services Related To Winter Maintenance Of District Roads In The Kłodzko District During The Winter Season 2025/2026.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of County Roads (Combat Winter Slipperiness, Removing Snow From The Road To Maintain Passability), Materials Used For Sprinkling During Winter Road Maintenance - On Sharp Curves, Intersections With Roads, Exits, Driveways, Irregularly On Straight Sections. Equipment Requirements: • Vehicle Carrier For A Sand-Salt Spreader And A Plow, Technically Efficient, With Driven By At Least Two Axles (Front And Rear) - 1 Pc;• Sand And Salt Spreader With A Capacity Of At Least 4 Mg - 1 Pc;• Medium Plow - 1 Pc;• Heavy Plow - 1 Pc;The Snow Plow Should Be In Good Technical Condition, Have Uniform Pressure Along Its Entire Length And A Pressure Rubber In Good Technical Condition. Note: The Equipment Can Be Directed To Another Task If Employment Is Needed Additional Equipment To Increase The Intensity Of The Service Assumptioned Amount Of Work: Basic Scope: List Of The Types Of Services And Their Planned Number To Be Performed Under The Above-Mentioned Order: • Snow Removal And Sprinkling Of Roads - Up To 330.0 Hours • On Duty On The Road Circuit - Up To 33.0 Hours The Actual Number Of Measurement Units Will Result From The Prevailing Weather Conditions.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right (In Whole Or In Part) If, During The Duration Of The Contract, There Are Justified Needs To Complete The Order To A Wider Extent Than Specified In The Basic Scope (Provided That Financial Security Is Provided In The Units Budget) - After The Basic Scope Of The Order Has Been Completed. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Order To The Extent Covered By The Exercised Option Right. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order - However, Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Exhausted.
