Tenders Are Invited For Providing Emergency Duty Services

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Emergency Duty Services. The Scope Of Services Includes In Particular The Following Services: 1) Receiving Reports On Failures, Removing Them Or Securing Failure Sites Occurring In: Electrical Installations, Central Heating Networks And Installations, Cold And Hot Water, Sewage Systems, Gas Installations, Smoke And Exhaust Pipes And Ducts, Heating Devices And Damage To Facilities As A Result Of Fire, Lightning Strike, Explosion And Other Accidental Events In Buildings Managed By The Ordering Party And Within Premises Owned By The Katowice Commune In Housing Communities; 2) Accepting Reports And Immediately Informing The Person Or Services Responsible For Their Removal About The Occurrence Of Failures And Damages, In Particular Regarding Central Heating And Hot Water Installations, Gas Boiler Rooms, Heat Exchangers And Emptying Septic Tanks. 2. The Scope Of Services Also Includes All Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Not Indicated In The Swz But Specified In The Contract And Its Annexes. 3. Information Relevant For The Performance Of The Order: 1) The Service Will Be Provided In Buildings Managed By Kzgm Katowice, Including Residential And Commercial Premises. 2) The Service Will Be Subject To Monthly Acceptance By The Ordering Partys Representative To Check Whether The Service Is Provided Correctly - The Acceptance Report Is The Basis For Issuing An Invoice. 3) The Contractor Provides His Own Materials Necessary To Repair The Failure As Part Of The Offered Price. 4) The Contractor Keeps A Register Of Reported Failures And Damages And Will Be Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party On Every Working Day By 7.30 A.M. About The Above-Mentioned Occurrences. Events. The Emergency Telephone Service Will Be Provided At The Telephone Number Provided To The Contractor, On Working Days From Monday To Wednesday From 3 P.M. To 7 A.M. The Following Day, And On Thursday From 16ºº To 7ºº The Next Day, On Friday From 14ºº To 7ºº The Next Day, On Days Off And Holidays From 7.00 A.M. To 7.00 A.M. (24 Hours A Day).4.
