The Subject Of The Order Is: Care For Homeless Animals From The Area Of The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Services Consisting In: A) Adopting Homeless Animals Caught From The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune To A Shelter; B) Providing Food And Care (Including Veterinary Care) For Homeless Animals From The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune; C) Conducting Adoption Activities For Animals From The Area The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune, By Searching For People Willing To Adopt Animals And Putting Them Up For Adoption By Concluding An Adoption Agreement On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Template Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Entrustment Agreement Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Admission To The Shelter And, If Necessary, Marking With A Chip All Animals Caught By An Entity Selected In A Separate Procedure, Unless Microchipping Is Not Possible For Health Reasons. The Estimated Annual Number Of Animals Caught From The Rawa Mazowiecka Commune, Based On Data From 2025, Is 50 Animals. 2. A) Confirmation Sent By The Contractor By E-Mail Or Telephone To The Trapping Entity From Which Information About The Intention To Deliver Animals To The Shelter Was Received, And A Message To The Ordering Party About The Readiness To Accept The Animal To The Shelter Within A Specified Time, Consistent With The Submitted Offer. B) The Catching Entity May Inform About Its Intention To Deliver The Animal To The Shelter 7 Days A Week And 24 Hours A Day, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept It And Respond, Indicating The Date Within Which It Can Accept The Animals To The Shelter. C) The Fact That The Entity That Catches Animals And Delivers Them To The Shelter Will Not Report To The Ordering Party Any Comments Regarding Failure To Meet This Deadline Referred To In § 2 Section 1 Point 2 May Be Considered An Effective Confirmation Of The Readiness To Accept The Animal To The Shelter. B) The Contractor Maintains An Electronic List Of Animals Staying In The Shelter. C) The Contractor Is Obliged To Mark Previously Unmarked Animals With A Transponder, Within A Period No Longer Than 7 Days From The Date Of End Of Quarantine, And Enter Data In The Form Of A Transponder Number Into The International Database; D) The Contractor Provides The Animals Staying In The Shelter With: - 24-Hour Care, - Veterinary Care, At Least In Terms Of Health Checks, Treatment And Prevention, - Combating Internal And External Parasites, - Carrying Out Necessary Treatments, Including Surgeries (Except For Post-Accident Dogs, Which Will Be Subj
