The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Medical Gases Along With The Lease Of A Tank With A Capacity Of 3,000 L (Including Inspection Of Installations And Equipment That Are The Subject Of The Lease). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz (Price Form).2. Liquid Medical Oxygen The Ordering Party Does Not Have Its Own Tank For Liquid Oxygen. The Contractor Will Secure A Tank With A Capacity Of 3,000 L, The Technical Operation Of Which And Ensuring Efficiency Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Consumption Of Medical Oxygen In The Quantities In Accordance With The Attachment - Price Form. Based On Current Needs, It Is Expected That In A Given Month The Tank Will Be Filled On Average Twice, With Approximately 2,300 - 3,000 Kg Of Water. For Obvious Reasons, The Quantity Mentioned Is An Estimate And May Change According To The Actual Needs Of The Hospital.3. Medical Oxygen In Bundles The Ordering Party Has Its Own Marked Bundles - 12 Pcs. Cylinders With A Capacity Of 50 L -200B, The Technical Operation Of Which And Ensuring Efficiency Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Provides For The Supply Of Medical Oxygen In Bundles Only In Emergency Situations. The Ordering Party Estimates The Annual Demand For Approximately 4 Beams, However, Reserves The Right To Deliver In Quantities Resulting From The Actual Demand, Which Cannot Be Predicted At Present, E.G. In The Event Of An Emergency In The Network Or Liquid Oxygen Tank.4. The Offered Gases Which Are Medicinal Products Must Have A Valid Marketing Authorization In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Issued By The Minister Of Health Or A Marketing Authorization Issued By The Council Of The European Union Or The European Commission In Accordance With The Act Of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 2301, Consolidated Text).
