1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Gardening Works In The Market Square In Wrocław On A Plot Geodetically Marked As Plot No. 105/1, Am-26 Within The Old Town. The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Market Square In Wrocław, Which Involves Unsealing The Existing Stone Pavement With The Installation Of New Layers Of Foundation, Construction Of A Water Supply Connection, Construction Of An Automatic Irrigation System, Renovation Of Small Architectural Elements And Equipping The Area With New Small Architectural Elements And Planting Plants. 2. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Parts: Part I - Execution Of Construction Works: A) Preparation Of The Area, Including Fencing Of The Construction Site, Fencing Of Dangerous Zones, Organization Of Construction Facilities, Installation Of Information And Warning Boards And Information Cards For Tree Protection Standards, Installation Of Road Signs Related To The Temporary Organization Of Traffic; B) Felling Of 26 Trees In Accordance With Decision No. 3113/2025 Of September 26, 2025 Issued By Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments;C) Staking Out The Spatial Layout;D) Dismantling Elements Of Small Architecture, I.E. Grids And Stone Edges Of Trees Along With Concrete Benches; E) Dismantling Of Existing Wooden And Steel Seats Intended For Cleaning, Impregnation, Re-Painting And Assembly; F) Dismantling Of Fragments Of The Paving Made Of Stone Cubes And Stone Slabs Intended For Re-Assembly; G) Installation Of Anti-Compression Boxes Enabling The Growth Of The Root Ball Of Planted Trees And Anti-Root Screens In Designated Places; H) Installation Of Underground Systems Anchoring Trees And Installation Of Grates Protecting Selected Trees; I) Supplementing The Surface With Stone Cubes In Connection With The Existing Condition; J) Possible Correction Of The Surface Shape To Ensure The Flow Of Rainwater Towards The Existing Drainage System; K) Construction Of A Water Supply Connection And Installation Of An Automatic Tree Watering System; L) Installation Of New Elements Of Small Architecture, I.E. Granite Benches With Wooden Seats; M) Measurement Works For Surface Earthworks;N) Earthworks Such As Removal Of Soil And Rubble From Excavations, Profiling;O) Tidying Up The Area After Completion Of All Construction Works, Including Restoring Surfaces That Were Damaged During The Works.
