The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of Public Utility Facilities In The Baranów Sandomierski Commune - Volunteer Fire Department Kaczaki And Volunteer Fire Department Marki. 2. The Task Is Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program European Funds For Podkarpacie For 2021-20273. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Project Documentation Together With Supplementary Descriptions To The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 5 To This Specification.4. After Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract And Final Acceptance, The Contractor Shall Provide A Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works, Counted From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. In The Case Of Own Names In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications And This Specification, Equivalent Solutions With Parameters Not Inferior To Them Are Allowed Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Costs Of Delivery And Installation Of All Devices And Installations Must Include All Costs Related To The Implementation, Including The Preparation Of Detailed Designs In Consultation With The Ordering Party, If Such Will Be Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Entire Task And Obtaining Certificates, Approval For Use, As Well As Costs Of Start-Up, Instructions, Training And Warranty.10. The Contractor Is Obliged, If Required, To Obtain On Behalf Of The Ordering Party An Appropriately Valid Decision On The Occupancy Permit Or A Notice Of Completion Of The Works With A Note From The Relevant Construction Supervision Authority Regarding The Lack. Objection - Preceded By The Contractor Obtaining All Necessary Opinions And Arrangements Required By Law And Submitting To The Ordering Party The Obtained Occupancy Permit Or A Document Confirming The Effectiveness Of The Notification. If There Is No Need To Obtain The Above-Mentioned Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party An Appropriate Document Issued By The Competent Authority Confirming The Lack Of Need To Obtain A Decision On The Completion Of The Works.11 Equipment Necessary To Obtain A Valid Occupancy Permit, If Required.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With: 1) Complete As-Built Documentation
