The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing Sampling System By Developing Design Documentation And The Construction And Commissioning Of A New System For Continuous Sampling From The Indicated Areas Of The Water And Steam Circuit, Consisting Of Elements Compliant With Applicable Standards And Regulations, Including The Pn-C-04621:1988 Standard Or Equivalent, Udt Regulations And Safety Requirements.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To Swz.3.3. Any Indication Of Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Places Of Origin In The Documents Attached To This Swz Only Determines The Preferred Quality And Level Of Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters In Which The Ordering Party Is Interested, They Should Be Understood As Containing The Phrase Or Equivalent.3.4. The Term Equivalence Means Offering Devices Or Materials Having:3.4.1. At Least The Same Features (I.E. Functional And Operational Properties) As Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz;3.4.2. Technical Parameters At A Level At Least As Indicated By The Ordering Party (In This Respect, The Ordering Party Also Allows Solutions Better Than Those Described By Him, In Particular Resulting From The Modernization Of The Technological Production Line).3.5. Wherever References To Specific Standards, European Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems Are Made In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, They Shall Be Understood To Include The Words Or Equivalent.3.6. Each Contractor Submitting An Equivalent Offer Is Obliged To Demonstrate In The Content Of Its Offer That The Subject Of The Contract Offered By It Meets The Requirements And Technical And/Or Functional And Operational Parameters Specified In The Swz, Or Provides Better Solutions Than Those Described.3.7.
