The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Services In The Field Of Preparation For Printing (Typesetting And Folding) Of Scientific Publications Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences In The Field Of Humanities And Social Sciences, 962 Publishing Sheets In Accordance With Annex No. 8 To The Swz.A) In The Case Of Publications Listed In Annex No. 8 To The Swz, It Is Necessary To Recreate The Layout Or, For The Indicated Publications, Create A New Layout Design And A New Cover Design. If Necessary, It Is Required To Submit One- And/Or Two-Step Mathematical Or Chemical Formulas Sent In The Form Of An Image In Accordance With The Layout While Maintaining The Required Typefaces. The Cover Should Be Sent Together With The Materials For The 1St And 2Nd Corrections. B) From The Date Of Validity Of The Agreement, Within A Period Of 12 Months, The Ordering Party Will Successively Submit For Production (Preparation For Printing And/Or Online Publication) Subsequent Scientific Publications Of The Polish Academy Of Sciences Listed In Annex 8 To Swz. C) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Use The Option (In Whole Or In Part) ..., E) For Each Sheet Prepared And Delivered Under The Option, The Contractor Will Receive A Unit Remuneration Resulting From The Form Offer Sheet (Unit Price Of The Release Sheet For The Scope Covered By The Option). The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option During The Term Of The Agreement. F) An Option Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which It May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Service Within The Scope Of The Option. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Use The Order Option Multiple Times - But Until The Maximum Range Of Options Is Exhausted. An Order In Excess Of The Option Requires An Amendment To The Agreement.
