The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Temporary Shelter Services, 24/7 In A Shelter For Homeless People, Along With The Possibility Of Meals And Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People Staying In The City Of Ciechanów, Referred By The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Ciechanów In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.2. Required Scope Of Services Under The Subject Of The Order: A) Providing Temporary 24-Hour Shelter And Ensuring The Necessary Social Conditions For Homeless People Staying In The City Of Ciechanów, B) Providing Food In The Form Of Three Meals A Day, Including One Hot Meal, C) Providing Cleaning And Personal Hygiene Products, And, If Necessary, Delousing Agents, D) Providing The Necessary Clothing And Footwear Appropriate To The Season (Enabling Washing And Drying Of Clothes), E) Ensuring Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Clothing, If It Is Not Possible To Exchange It, F) Providing Information On Available Forms Of Assistance And, If Necessary, Assistance In Organizing It, G) Providing Basic Over-The-Counter Medicines And Dressings As Well As Access To A General Practitioner, H) Providing Activation Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity, Gaining Independence In Life And Overcoming Homelessness, Among Others. By Training Interpersonal Skills And Problem-Solving Skills, Conducting Therapeutic Classes, Classes Preparing For Employment, Training In Managing Ones Own Budget, Training In Running A Household, Participation In Support Groups, I) Providing Shelter Residents With Access To Psychiatric, Psychological And Legal Assistance, J) Providing Assistance In Using Health Services To Which They Are Entitled Under Separate Regulations), Developing Individual Plans For Getting Out Of Homelessness And Their Implementation, L) Providing Care By A Guardian To Meet The Necessary Life Needs, M) Motivating Homeless People Who Have Problems Addiction, To Undertake Addiction Treatment And Continue It, N) Free Transport Of People Requiring Assistance In The Form Of Shelter From The Current Shelter On January 1, 2026. (Costs Of Transporting Homeless People Should Be Included In The Offer Price).3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Standard Of Services Provided In The Facilities Run By The Bidders Be Ensured At The Level Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For The Homeless, Shelters For The Homeless With Care Services And Heating Rooms And Art. 48A Section 2H Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance.
