Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Medical Equipment For The Provincial Ambulance Station In Rzeszów

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Brand New, Unused, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025, Complete, Fit For Use, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Permitted For Trading And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Divided Into Parts, For The Provincial Emergency Ambulance Station In Rzeszów On The Terms Set Out In This Tor. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 3 Parts: Part 1: Lymphatic Drainage Machine – 1 Pc.2. Deliveries Must Be Made By Appropriate Means Of Transport And Secured During Transport - In Accordance With The Requirements For The Products.3. The Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be Approved For Marketing And Use In Poland And Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish And European Regulations Regarding Their Composition, Production And Use.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Along With Information In Polish Containing The Manufacturers Details.5. All Offered Products That Are Medical Devices Must Have Valid Documents Authorizing Them To Be Placed On The Market And Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of April 7, 2022 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1620) And Its Implementing Regulations (If The Law Imposes An Obligation To Have Such Documents. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Following Annexes: 2.1. Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Sopz, Which Is Also A Product And Price Form; 2.2. Annex No. 4 To The Swz Titled Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract.
