Expression of Interest for Promoting the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) in the Piped Water Supply Sector CAPREDs potential support package CAPRED will work closely with interested PWOs to co-design tailored support packages that help make merger or acquisition deals possible. Each support package will be shaped around the specific needs of the participating PWOs and may include: · Advisory support on valuation and due diligence; · Advisory support on business planning and access to finance; · Linkages among selling and buying side PWOs; and · Other targeted assistance agreed during the co-design process. 3. Timetable The application, evaluation, and approval process will have the following timeframes: 1. Public Announcement of the Call for Expression of Interest: 03 December 2025 2. EoI Briefing Session: 17 December 2025 3. Deadline for submission of applications: 30 January 2026 Submission Requirements 5. How to Apply Interested PWOs are invited to submit the application form in Annex 1 by 30 January 2026 to CAPREDs Procurement through the email address provided in the contact details. The application can also be submitted in physical copy enclosed in a sealed envelope to CAPREDs office address. Physical submission can be made to the procurement team at the CAPRED office address.Interested PWOs are also able to submit the application via the QR code below. CAPRED will conduct a briefing session on this Call for Application on 17 December 2025 to provide information and answer questions interested PWOs may have. Interested participants can register to attend the briefing session through Mr. KANG Sinh Ly via email or phone number. CAPRED is also available to answer questions or provide more details on this call for application before and after the workshop.
