A technical proposal aligned with this ToR, including: Proposed methodology and approach for delivering the training. Tentative work plan and timeline. A detailed financial proposal (financial bid), including daily rates and cost breakdown per major activity. Sample Work: At least one or two examples of previous assignments related to resource development, fundraising strategy, or capacity-building training. Presentation Requirement: Shortlisted candidates will be required to prepare and present a slide presentation during the interview stage.
