The Tender Concerns The Purchase And Delivery Of Washing Clothes For Citizens Living At Home In Roskilde Municipality. The Service Is Provided In Accordance With Act No. 1651 Of 30 December 2024 (Hereinafter The Elderly Act) § 9, Subsection 2, Point 2 (Practical Help), According To Which The Suppliers Deliver The Service As A Subcontractor To The Municipal Holistic Care Supplier, And In Accordance With Legislative Decree No. 1129 Of 22 September 2024 On Social Services With Later Amendments (Hereinafter The Service Act) § 83, Subsection 1., Point 2 (Practical Help), According To Which Citizens Can Choose A Supplier Regardless Of The Choice Of Supplier Of Practical Help And Personal Care, Cf. Section 91 Of The Service Act. The Purpose Of The Clothes Washing Scheme Is To Cover The Needs Of Searched Citizens To Have Their Own Clothes, Linen And Towels Washed. Visited Citizens Are Basically Entitled To Have The Equivalent Of 2 Machines Washed Every 14 Days (Up To A Total Of 8 Kg) Per Citizen. Based On A Concrete And Individual Assessment, There May Be Citizens With A Greater Need For Washing.
