Playground Bleachers – Rental, Assembly, Dismantling, Storage, Maintenance And Compliance Of Stands For The City Of Sète. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed By Issuing Purchase Orders. Services Are Regulated By Unit Prices. The Estimated Amounts Are Indicative And Include All Renewal Periods. The Contract Concerns, On The One Hand, The Rental Of A 600-Seat Stand. This Service Includes The Organization, Transport, Supply, Assembly And Dismantling Of The Stand. The Holder Is Responsible For The Equipment Rented From Outward Transport To Assembly, Then From Dismantling To Return Transport. The Contract Also Concerns The Storage, Transport, Assembly And Dismantling Of The Stands Belonging To The City Of Sète. This Service Also Includes The Conditioning Of The Stands For Transport Carried Out By The Beneficiary Of The Municipal Equipment Loan. The Holder Is Responsible For The Equipment Belonging To The City Of Sète When It Is Stored On The Holders Premises, And For Transport To Assembly, Then From Dismantling To Return Transport (Excluding Loan Of Municipal Equipment To A Third Party Beneficiary). This Service Also Includes Any Checks, Cleaning, Repairs And/Or Replacements. The Maximum Estimated Amount Is 133,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax/Year, I.E. 532,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax For All Periods Combined.
