This Tender Relates To The Delivery Of Dental Prosthesis Treatments, Etc. To Those Of Frederiksberg Municipalitys Citizens Who Meet The Rules For Receiving Subsidies According To: • Act On Social Pension § 14A, Par. 4, Lbk No. 1123 Of 21/10/2024 With Associated Orders. • Act On The Highest, Middle, Increased Ordinary And Ordinary Early Retirement Pension Etc. Section 18, Subsection 4, Lbk No. 1033 Of 02/09/2024 With Associated Orders. The Framework Agreement Will Obligate The Supplier To Deliver Dental Prosthesis Treatment Etc. At A Defined Price. The Municipality Will Not Itself Purchase Dental Prostheses Etc. At The Supplier. It Is The Citizen Himself Who Will Make The Purchase, After Which The Municipality Will Provide A Subsidy For The Citizens Purchase. With This Agreement, The Municipality Will Use The Suppliers Prices As A Grant Reference. The Municipality Will Refer The Guarantor Who Has Been Granted A Grant To The Supplier Of The Agreement, Where The Citizen Can Make Use Of The Guaranteed Price. However, The Citizen Has A Free Choice To Make Use Of The Granted Subsidy With The Supplier That The Citizen Wants.
