(2) Lit. F) From Hg No. 395/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions. In The Event That, After Applying The Award Criterion, There Are 2 Or More Admissible Offers Ranked In The First 3 Places With Equal Total Points And The Winner Cannot Be Determined, The Tie-Breaking Of The Offers Will Be Done As Follows: - In The Event That Two Or More Offers Are Ranked In The First Place, With Equal Points, The Tie-Breaking Will Be Done Taking Into Account The Score Obtained For The Evaluation Factors In The Descending Order Of Their Weights. In The Event That Equality Is Maintained, Onac Will Request New Financial Proposals Through Seap And The Offer Ranked First Will Be The One With The Lowest Financial Proposal. - In Case Two Or More Offers Are Ranked Second/Third, With Equal Scores, The Tie-Breaker Will Be Made Taking Into Account The Score Obtained For The Evaluation Factors In Descending Order Of Their Weights. In The Situation Where Equality Is Maintained, Onac Will Request New Financial Proposals Through Seap, Without This Affecting The Higher Places In The Ranking, In Order To Tie Them.
