Services Related To The Oil And Gas Industry – Public Service Delegation For The Operation Of The Public Fuel Supply Service Of The Bonifacio Marina. The Purpose Of This Delegation Is To Entrust To A Delegatee The Operation Of The Public Fuel Supply Service (Diesel And Unleaded, Tax-Free And Duty-Paid) Of The Bonifacio Marina By Leasing. The Service Includes Two Modes Of Operation: 1. The Operation Of A Fixed Refueling Station Located On The North Quay Of The Marina, Including In Particular: 2. Refueling By Tanker Truck For Users Of The Marina On The Delivery Areas Of The Quai Del Ferro And The Quai Dhonneur The Delegatee Will Operate The Service At Its Own Risk And Will Be Remunerated By Operating Revenues Collected From Users. He Will Pay The Municipality A State Fee And An Operating Fee.
