Lift-Maintenance Services – Maintenance Of Lift And Lift Equipment. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Maintenance Of The Elevator And Lifting Equipment Of The Buildings Under The Maintenance Responsibility Of The University Of Helsinkis Real Estate Services Oy (Later Hy247) In Accordance With The Tender Request And Its Appendix. The Total Number Of Devices In The Tender Request Is Approx. 150 Devices. Appendix 1 Pricing And Equipment List Shows The Objects And The Elevators And Hoists Located In Them. The Offer Prices Are Also Requested With The Same Attachment. The Procurement Contract Will Be Concluded With One (1) Contract Supplier. The Agreements Enter Into Force Within The Framework Of The Notice Periods Of The Current Agreements. Some Of The Devices Have Warranty Periods For Basic Repairs, Elevator Renewals And Completely New Devices. During The Contract Phase, The End Times Of The Equipments Warranty Periods Are Specified, After Which They Are Transferred To A New Contract. The Serviced Equipment Stock May Change During The Contract Period. The Maintenance And Repairs Of The Equipment Under The Contract Will Be Concentrated Entirely On The Winner Of The Competition Throughout The Contract Period. However, The Contract To Be Concluded Does Not Give The Supplier The Exclusive Right To Correct Defects Found In Periodic Inspections Or To Carry Out Pts-Compliant Or Other Significant Changes. Partial Bids Are Not Accepted, But The Bidder Must Offer All The Services Mentioned In The Request For Bids. The General Contract Conditions, Hissi-Yse 1998 (Appendix 2), With The Exceptions And Additions Appearing In The Draft Contract (Appendix 3) Attached To The Request For Tenders, Are Followed In The Maintenance. Basic Maintenance Contract (Elevators And Lifting Equipment): Basic Maintenance Includes Regular Maintenance, Checks, Adjustments, Cleaning, Lubrication And Function Tests Of The Parts Of The Lift Equipment, Especially The Safety Devices, Included In The Maintenance Contract Price, As Often As The Proper Operation Of The Equipment Requires. The Maintenance Contract Prices Presented By The Tenderer In Its Offer Must Include All The Above-Mentioned Maintenance Procedures According To Hissi-Yse 1998 And Maintenance Visits According To The Equipment List. After Being Selected, The Tenderer Will Prepare Equipment Type-Specific Maintenance Programs By June 1, 2026. In Addition To This, The Basic Maintenance Contract And Its Price Must Include (Only Lifts): • Breakdown Service, Repairs Of All Faults Lasting Two Hours Or Less During Normal Working Hours, Including Travel. For Repairs Lasting Two Hours Or Less, Only Spare Parts Will Be Invoiced. • Replacement Of Elevator Cars, Light Floor Indicators, Shaft And Machine Room Lamps, Led And Halogen Lamps, Fluorescent Tubes And Lighters With Parts, As Well As Replacement Of Alarm Equipment Batteries And Batteries With Parts. • Rescue Visits, Letting People Trapped In The Elevator Out Of The Elevator Car At All Times Of The Day. • Assisting In Periodic Inspections And Ordering Inspections From The Inspection Institute Designated By The Client. • Round-The-Clock Reception Service For Two-Way Voice Connections In The Elevators Full Maintenance Contract (Only Elevators): In Addition To Basic Maintenance, The Contract Must Include All Repairs With Spare Parts During Normal Working Hours
