Electricity – Electricity Supply For The Municipality Of Sibiu And The Resort Of Păltiniș For 12 Months, From 20.04.2026 To 19.04.2027. Supply Contract With The Object: Electrical Energy Supply For Sibiu Municipality And Paltiniş Station For 12 Months, Period 20.04.2026-19.04.2027 The Requested Quantity Of Electricity Is 10,783,295 Kwh. If, At The End Of The Contract Term (19.04.2027), The Contracted Energy Quantity Has Not Been Fully Used, The Parties May Agree To Extend The Contract Term, By Means Of An Addendum To This Contract, Until The Entire Contracted Quantity Is Used Up. The Specific Requirements Of The Task Book Will Be Respected. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers/Candidates: 20 The Contracting Authority Will Send The Consolidated Response To Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers.
