The Contracting Entity Intends To Procure A Supply, Implement And Support Contract For The Provision Of A Cloud-Based Flexibility Market System That Will Provide An Independent And Trusted Critical Operational Service, Which Should Be Available 24 - 7 And Fully Integrate Across Multiple Systems To Manage The Contracts And Assets Present In The Flexibility Market. The Contract Will Initially Be For A Three-Year Term, With Provision To Extend By A Further Two Years. It Is Envisaged This New Fms Will Incorporate A Flexibility Auction Management Capability To Provide A Platform Available For All Flexibility Service Providers, Once Qualified, To Bid In For Long Term Auctions (The Auctions Will Run At Varying Frequencies For Various Locations).
