The Above Percentage Of Discount Can Be Negative Without Exceeding 5% (According To The Provisions Of Article 63 Of Law 4257/14). The Total Value Of The Commission Amounts To Two Hundred And Ten Thousand Five Hundred And Eighty-Five Euros And Eighty-Five Cents #210,508.85€#, Including Vat Of 24% Amounting To #40,743,65€# (Estimated Value #169,765,20€# Excluding Vat). The Total Value Of The Commission Includes The 20% Option Amounting To #€35,084.81#, (Estimated Value #€28,294.20# Without Vat, 24% Vat Value #€6,790.61#). The Duration Of The Contract Is Set At 3 Years From Its Signature With The Possibility Of An Extension Of Up To One Year Or Until The Announcement Of A New Bidder, Provided That The Quantity Will Not Be Exceeded, Including The Right Of The 20% Option, Including The Possibility To Activate It In The Form Of An Extension Of The Relevant Contract.
