A New Fire Department Building Is To Be Built For The Kilchberg-Rüschlikon Safety Association. The Existing Location Is In The Middle Of A Residential Area On Alte Landstrasse In Kilchberg And No Longer Meets Todays Requirements. The Kilchberg Municipalitys Workshop Is Also Located On The Same Property. In Order To Free Up The Area For More Suitable Uses And To Better Utilize Synergies Between Both Companies, A New Joint Building Is To Be Built On The “Im Tal” Area. For This Purpose, The Competition Entry “Armadillo” Is To Be Implemented By Allemann Bauer Eigenmann Architects And Büeler Fischli Civil Engineers (Formerly Aerni+Aerni Ingenieure). To Supplement The Planning Team, This Tender Will Be Used To Procure A Planning Office For Planning Building Technology (Heating, Cooling, Ventilation, Plumbing, Building Automation And Specialist Coordination).
