The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That In The Event Of Entrusting Part Of The Order To Subcontractors, The Contractor Should Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors And Provide (If Known To It At This Stage) The Names (Companies) Of These Subcontractors. 4.
