Works Related To Water-Distribution Pipelines – Carrying Out Work On The Drinking Water And Sanitation Network Including Installation Of Ducts, Drawing Chambers And Various Manholes. Work To Renew, Strengthen And Extend Hydraulic Networks Including Installation Of Conduits, Draft Chambers, Various Manholes Equipped On Networks At Any Point In The Territory Of The Nîmes Métropole Urban Community And Occasionally At Any Point In The Gard Department. This Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On July 6, 2026 Or On Its Notification Date If This Is Later And Ends After 36 Months. All Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed. The Services Of This Lot Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Purchase Orders, Placed In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Application Of Article R2162-4-1° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With One Or More Economic Operators, With A Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount In Value. The Execution Of The Services Is Not Divided Into Installments Or Phases. The Start And End Dates Indicated Below Are Therefore Purely Indicative.
