The Procurement Procedure Organized By The Contracting Entity Has As Its Object The Awarding Of The Sectoral Framework Agreement For 24 Months/2 Years Regarding The Supply Of Motor Fuels, Diesel And Petrol, Based On Value Cards For The Targoviste Dambovita Water Companys Car Fleet Consisting Of Cars, Vans And Small Mechanized Motorbikes. The Contracting Entity Reserves The Right To Decrease And / Or Increase The Quantities Of Products Requested Depending On The Needs. Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement - (Minimum Quantities And Maximum Quantities) Estimate Of Framework Agreement Quantities;  Diesel Fuel = Minimum 734982 Liters, Maximum 811508 Liters  Gasoline = Minimum 61018 Liters, Maximum 68492 Liters  Total = Minimum 796000 Liters, Maximum 880000 Liters Estimated Quantities Per Subsequent Supply Contract:  Diesel = Minimum 367491 Liters, Maximum 405754 Liters  Gasoline = Minimum 30509 Liters, Maximum 34246 Liters  Total = Minimum 398000 Liters, Maximum 440000 Liters Estimated Calendar (Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded): 2 Subsequent Contracts With A Duration Of 1 Year Will Be Awarded Estimated Calendar (Frequency And Value Of The Contracts To Be Awarded): 2 Subsequent Contracts With A Duration Of 1 Year Will Be Awarded The Dates Proposed In The Estimated Calendar Represent The Intention Of The Contracting Entity, Not A Firm Commitment From The Part Of The Contracting Entity Regarding The Awarding Of Subsequent Contracts, Starting From The Working Hypothesis That There Will Be No Unforeseen Events/Circumstances That Could Not Be Taken Into Account At The Time Of The Initiation Of The Awarding Procedure, Respectively The Necessary Financial Resources Will Be Ensured.
