Pursuant To Section 2, Point 2 Of The Nfm Decree, The Road Technical Regulation Committee Prepares Road Technical Regulations Through Magyar Közút Nzrt. As A Coordinating Body, Thus Magyar Közút Nzrt. Issue Ad Hoc Orders Accordingly. Planned Quantity: Plan For The Review And/Or Creation Of 12 Road Technical Regulations. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Tenderer Undertakes To Place An Order For 70% Of The Total Amount, A Net Amount Of Huf 84,000,000. The Net Value Of The Part Of The Budget Not Subject To The Obligation To Order Is Huf 36,000,000. The Bidder Does Not Undertake To Partially Or Fully Exhaust The Part Of The Service That Is Not Subject To An Order Obligation, And The Bidder May Not Make Any Claims For Compensation, Indemnification Or Other Claims Against The Bidder Due To The Failure To Exhaust It Partially Or Fully.
